We had Bo’s school costume parade this morning and it was absolutely adorable!! I think the batteries were dying in my camera because it was very slow taking pictures so they didn’t come out great, but you get the idea. Each class walked around the room three times it was hysterical!! Of course, Bo being the ham he is was eating up all the attention!!! He’s really excited about Halloween, I think it’ll be fun this year…he seems to get it and he practices saying “trick or treat” all the time!

Costume Parade
Toy Story on Ice
A few weeks ago Jarrod and I took Bo to Toy Story on Ice! He loved it!!! You could tell he was a little unsure of what everything was, but he had a blast watching it. He REALLY loved the popcorn!! We had great seats, they were actually Jarrod’s company club seats, so Bo was really able to see everything really well.
Waiting for the show!
Mommy’s attempt at a picture…mouth full of popcorn!
This was his first time to see the characters come out!

Finally!
So we have been trying for months to get Bo to ride his big 4 wheeler and he’s always been scared to get on it. Last week we had James and both of his older brothers over for a play date. I had a feeling that’s all it would take. Once Bo saw Evan and Cade riding the 4 wheeler Bo was all about it! He rode that thing for 30 minutes straight and pitched a fit when it was time to get off.
Time in MS
Two weeks ago Bo and I went to MS because I was hosting a wedding shower for my dear friend Kellie and a baby shower for my sister in law, Emily who will very soon be having a sweet baby girl!! I’m so excited to be an aunt, on my side of the family!!!!! We had a wonderful time and Bo had a blast with Pop and Bebe. The last few visits Bo has really taken up with my dad…follows him around like a little shadow, it is so sweet to watch! We’ll be going back in about two weeks for Kellie’s wedding and possibly a baby! Here are a few pictures from our trip!
No time to stop for luck…Chick Fil A in the car instead!
using his Thomas flashlight to look for frogs
Gotta love the feet…I feel like I’ve done my job as a mom when he’s dirty at the end of the day…I’ve let him be a BOY!!
trying to shine his flashlight on a spider weaving his web we had been watching
I feel terrible because I left my camera at home for Kellie’s shower so the only picture I have is of the silverware sets I made for the party. We had a couples shower with a “football” theme. Since they are a house divided we had both LSU and Southern Miss colors! It was a fun shower and great to see everyone.
Sunday afternoon we had a “Sugar & Spice” shower for Emily and Sweet Baby Vivienne! It’s always fun to celebrate a sweet baby!
Favors for the guests
Cupcakes in a jar!
We had a onesie decorating station!! It was super fun and Emily went home with a ton of adorable onesies!
